This workshop is part of PCAA's Strand 1 accelerated upskilling workshops, which help make treating even the most complex patient issues both easier and more rewarding! You may combine this workshop with the Strand 2 - Private Practice Upskilling Workshop, Topic 2.

TMJ/Cranial Techniques Workshop Content

The first half of this workshop will review the functional anatomy of the temporo-mandibular joint and cover techniques to treat TMJ disorders.  Typical problems of TMJ seen clinically will also be addressed.

An introduction to craniosacral therapy techniques will comprise the second half of the workshop. How these techniques can be used to treat headaches, whiplash injury, and other musculoskeletal problems will be covered. 

Integrating TMJ and cranial techniques to treat cervical spine conditions will complete the course.

All our workshops offer innovative exercise and assessment and treatment techniques based on current available research. After completion of even one workshop, both your patients and you will notice your expertise will move to a new level.
